Dr. Bombay Ice Cream, co-founded by Snoop Dogg and his son Cordell Broadus, has reportedly made over $10 million in revenue since its launch in 2023. The ice cream brand, which offers a variety of unique flavors, has been growing fast and is now available in stores like Walmart, 7-Eleven, and Speedway.
Dr. Bombay Ice Cream began in July 2023, inspired by Snoop Dogg’s craving for creative flavor combinations. His love for experimenting with flavors turned into a full-fledged brand, with fun options like Tropical Sherbet Swizzle, Syrupy Waffle Sundaze, and Peanut Butter Jelly Time.

“Ice cream is more than just a snack to me; it’s a way to chill, relax, and get happy. That’s exactly what I want Dr. Bombay Ice Cream to do. Bring a smile to your face and ease your mind. I’ve poured my heart and soul into perfecting these first seven flavors,” Snoop said when launching the brand, according to AfroTech.

Moreover, Snoop’s son Cordell Broadus played a key role as the brand’s creative director. Broadus is inspired by his great-grandfather, who owned a dairy farm in Mississippi and built wealth through hard work and land ownership.

“That’s how we think,” Broadus said. “We’re trying to build generational wealth, and we’re trying to build a legacy, you know, that will never be forgotten, not just in ice cream, but in branding in general.”

Broadus shared on Instagram that the brand has exceeded expectations. The brand is now sold in major retailers nationwide and generated more than $10 million in revenue in just over a year. He said, “This is just the beginning.”
